The Xena Morph Collection
Robyn Clark and Xena Morph met at Falmouth University, exploring their creative identities together, their love for drag and their abilities to create looks from anything they are given helped them to coherently develop their practices. Xena became Robyn's muse and they have been working together since 2016.
0220 was an impromptu body of work, unknowing of the times ahead, Robyn and Xena met up in February 2020 to catch up after time apart due to graduating from University in Falmouth and now living 3 hours away from each other. Xena and Robyn created a small body of work using clothing from both of their wardrobes, they used recycled bin bags from another project to cover the walls in a room at Robyn's house to create a home studio, they used outdoor garden LED lights to light the images. The music used in the video is a track created by Lust Vandal.
