Robyn Clark is an image maker, born and bred in the Staffordshire city, Stoke-on-Trent.

The work she creates embodies pop culture, anthropology and social commentary, she focuses on highlighting the personality of her subjects and bringing a theatrical element to the work produced. She mostly explores the mediums of photography and moving images to create her work, she aims to create a dystopian world for her subjects to live in, a world with no rules or restrictions.

Awarded with the DYCP fund from Art Council England in 2021, Robyn has been able to create projects that explore costumes, character development and connecting with her hometown of Stoke-on-Trent.

She graduated with a 1st Class Degree in Fashion Photography at Falmouth University in 2019 and runs a local portrait studio, Peachy Pictures.

"I create work that prompts my audience to feel something, I enjoy overseeing all elements of production and bringing together a team of strong creatives to work on a project and develop it together. Growing up working class, my dreams were always deemed to be unachievable and deluded, but I'm determined to prove them wrong". - Robyn Clark
